The Atwood is a four-story boutique apartment community in the heart of Hollywood, California. Located at the foot of the Hollywood Hills, there are sweeping views, various neighborhood conveniences and abundant activities within walking distance. The community boasts well-appointed amenities such as a landscaped courtyard — with hang-out areas around a large fire pit and BBQ’s — an indoor fitness center, a bicycle repair center, and a Skydeck that includes a movie-watching area, fireplace and outdoor relaxation spaces.

Keeping the Hollywood profile in mind, we selected modern Boho furniture and natural finishes throughout the interior and exterior spaces. The colors are rich yet natural, with copper, stone gray, inflections of bronze iron and hints of azurite throughout. Outdoor finishes include geometric patterned cement tile, surrounded by an overscale concrete look in earth tones with custom iron work throughout.
