The Arroyo is a 62- unit affordable apartment community in downtown Santa Monica, walking distance to the Expo Station and shopping. The exterior of the building and closeness to the beach was our inspiration for the fresh interior colors and modern feel. The building has two on-site community rooms and will provide on-site resident services, such as after-school homework assistance, health and wellness classes and computer skills training.
