Inside the community building, JAG Interiors designed a cohesive collection of spaces that balance functionality, warmth and fellowship.
The multi-purpose room serves as a flexible hub for resident activities — blending a full kitchen, dining table and TV lounge into one open, inviting environment. The kitchen features a mosaic-tile clad island with counter-height seating, a classic white backsplash, open shelving and statement pendant lights that add a touch of modern refinement. Durable finishes and layered textures bring residential comfort to the communal areas, while arched windows fill the space with natural light.
In the classroom, a bold geometric mural introduces vibrant hues and a dynamic pattern, creating an energizing setting for workshops and resident programs. Natural wood tones, crisp white walls and black furnishings maintain a clean modern backdrop, while patterned tile in the adjoining computer lab echoes the kitchen island’s cladding to unify the design throughout.
Nearby, the conference room and on-site office extend the cohesive palette through warm wood cabinetry and soft green accent walls, complemented by tactile geometric installations and serene landscape-inspired artwork that together create balance and visual interest.
A second mural sets an invigorating and motivational tone in the fitness center, where light streaming through another wall of arched windows encourages movement and wellbeing.
