Developed by Century Affordable Development, Inc. (CADI), Villa Vanowen in Van Nuys provides 64 apartments for people moving out of homelessness, along with on-site supportive services that help residents build stable, independent lives and create a foundation for the future. JAG Interiors furnished and styled the community’s shared spaces with contemporary artwork, clean-lined furnishings and organic textures that complement the architecture’s modern aesthetic. The result is a cohesive interior experience that balances simplicity, comfort and understated sophistication.
