This assignment encompassed the units and common areas of a new five-story structure in Alhambra’s Downtown District — including an 1,100 square foot community space with a computer area and conference room, offices for management and social services, a play area, and a rooftop terrace.

The clean lines and earthy hues of the community’s branding set the tone for a minimalist and modern overall style, with a palette that also features soft greens and blues. The lantern theme is echoed throughout, and the result is an artistic and inviting ambiance. Read more here.
