Developed by The Richman Group with architecture by AO Architects, the six-story building draws inspiration from the neighboring Bryson Apartment Hotel while creating a contemporary, transit-oriented community near Lafayette Park and the Metro.

JAG Interiors designed the common areas and all 64 residences with a focus on comfort, durability and long-term livability. Shared interior spaces — including a library and business center, classroom and supportive services areas, fitness room, community laundry facilities and bike storage — invite residents to gather, relax, learn and connect. The rooftop deck and third-floor courtyard help balance density with openness while encouraging community interaction.
