The 94-home community is the first phase in the revitalization of National City Park Apartments. It serves households earning 30 to 60 percent of San Diego County’s Area Median Income (AMI), with 24 homes reserved for veterans experiencing homelessness and wraparound supportive services spanning workforce development, financial counseling and educational programming.
